Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and exchanges as we offer items and services that are used for personal care. All products and services purchased, booked, and completed are non-refundable and final.
Defective, Damaged, Or Wrong Items
Please inspect and contact us (see below) within 14 days of receiving the order if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and find an immediate resolution.
If the item is eligible for return, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for your bank to process and post the refund, too.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
